Ralf Sommerfeld

Being influenced by many different music styles (classic, flamenco, latin, jazz, rock, pop, metal) Ralf Sommerfeld formed his individual style while studying at G.I.T. (Guitar Institutes of Technology): New Bluesrock, on high technical level with fully developed tone and a feeling of swing by Van Halen. After the return from the USA Ralf co-founded the GUITAR SCHOOL in and around Hanover/Germany. The foundation of the band Summerfield (e.g. with Michael Wolpers on drums) followed, which placed several songs in German Television. On top of that Ralf published several workshop series in magazines, worked as a presenter and has done many workshops for Ibanez ever since.
