Chiara Carcano

Chiara is an Italian guitar player, born in Milan. Her father was a double bass player and passed on his passion for music to her. She started playing guitar at 9 years old and the instrument has become immediately her best means of expression. She first began studying guitar at a private school in her little town, then she continued self-taught for a while. In 2011 she attended a professional guitar course at the Music Factory Academy, under the guidance of Davide Leoni. There she also had the possibility to study with Fabrizio Bicio Leo, Marco Sfogli and Giorgio Secco. Over the years Chiara attended several Masterclasses of amazing musicians, including Steve Vai, Stef Burns, Tommy Emmanuel, Paul Gilbert, Lari Basilio and Ciro Manna. They gave her a lot of inspiration. She is now a guitar teacher and plays in various projects. On 25 may 2022 she released her first single called “Inside”.
