Vanny Tonon

Italian guitarist and composer graduated in jazz and fusion. In 2011 he played “The flight of the bumblebee” at “Lo show dei record” on the Italian television. In 2014 he won an important Italian guitar contest called MaF with his song “Vanny’s Blues”. He also played with Will Hunt (Evanescence) on his Italian tour and he performed in many important guitar festivals like Namm, AES, Soundmit, Musikmesse, Ziua, Guitar Show as an Ibanez and Eventide artist. He released two online guitar courses in collaboration with the Italian guitar maestro Massimo Varini. in 2020 he was featured on Guitar World Magazine as one of the “10 guitar players to listen to in 2020” and for his “Hybrid Slap technique. He published a guitar method called “Guitar Architectures” and he is featured in the encyclopedia “Musica Rock”. He was awarded by Modern Music Insitute (honoris Causa Diploma 2023). He released two solo albums: The Tourist of Love (2017) featuring Jennifer Batten and “The Man of Everything” (2023). He plays Ibanez AZ2402ICM, AZ242SFM and AZ47P1QM.
