Peter Keller

Peter Keller is a German guitarist and producer from Bielefeld who has worked with many national and international acts such as MAFFAY, A-HA, LAITH AL-DEEN, JULI, and KARAT. Picking up the guitar aged 15, Keller played in metal and punk bands early on. After moving to Hamburg in 1992 for music studies, he won the John Lennon Talent Award with his own band KELLER which is actively touring up to this day. Peter also founded the pop band WUNDER in 1999 and released two albums in this formation. In 2004, Keller joined the PETER MAFFAY band and took over the producer spot for subsequent MAFFAY album releases. Peter Keller won the prestigous ECHO award (German Grammy) in 2018 for his work as producer on the album MTV Unplugged by Peter Maffay. In the same year, he founded Chefrock Studios in Hamburg - one of Germany's finest recording studios with a lot of retro vibe.
