Benni Freibott

Benni Freibott studied jazz guitar at the University of Music Wuerzburg and graduated in 2009 with an artistic diploma. Afterwards in Los Angeles, he got input and inspiration from two experts in the field: Carl Verheyen (Supertramp) and Mike Miller (Chick Corea). In addition to his work as "Musical Director" and composer for projects at the Mainfranken-Theater Wuerzburg, he works as an arranger, studio musician, and sideman in various styles. He is mainly known for being part of the WINCENT WEISS band. He is also a laureate of the 2005 Bavarian "Music Lion" of the PopKomm Berlin, a prestigious honour for German musicians.
