Julian Schütze

Julian Schütze was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1988. As his father is a music teacher, he began to get involved with music at a young age. In addition to his passion for singing, he discovered his love for bass guitar in 2005 and has since then played in several metal bands until he joined the female fronted band April Art as bassist in 2021.
Born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Julian Schütze was introduced to music at an early age, growing up in a musical household with his father working as a music teacher. While he initially explored singing, it was in 2005 that he discovered his true passion: the bass guitar.
Over the years, Julian performed in various metal bands, developing a strong stage presence and a deep musical foundation. In 2021, he joined the modern metal band April Art as the bassist, bringing both energy and precision to the group's dynamic sound.
Julian's style is driven, melodic, and powerful—anchoring the band's rhythm section with groove and attitude.
