Pelle Holmberg

Pelle is a Swedish rock/blues/fusion style guitar player that is versatile enough to do session jobs in almost all imaginable styles with well-known artists from many different genres.

Leader and founder of the instrumental fusion band Pelle Holmberg group, known as PHG. They have released three albums (available at Spotify) and toured all over Scandinavia. PHG has worked with the Swedish guitar legend George "Jojje" Wadenius (Steely Dan, Simon & Garfunkel, Blood Sweat and Tears etc) and the guitar wizard Oz Noy, who is featured on the latest PHG record.

For the last couple of years Pelle has worked a lot with the Swedish singer Peter Johansson, playing all the big arenas in Sweden.
Pelle started a new super group with the famous Kalle Moraeus that led to the band PK Bluesinferno. They have played all over Sweden and are currently working on their first album.

Pelle is known as a great teacher and is the head of the rock guitar department at Malmö Academy of Music.
