Diego Budicin

Diego's story on the guitar started when he first picked the instrument at the age of 8. In his teens, he won several different music competitions, one of which led him to perform on a popular Italian TV show called "Domenica In" on Italy's Rai1 channel. At the age of 16, Diego began to study music more seriously, attending the Lizard Academy in Turin. Diego then began to tour the world, performing in the U.S., U.K., Germany and Holland. He has had the opportunity to play with several high-profile artists, such as Marco Mendoza, the Stoney Curtis Band, Steve Vai and many others. Diego was also won Musicoff's Steve Vai contest in 2012, where he received recognition from Mr. Vai himself. Diego is currently working on his solo instrumental project, using the Ibanez S5470 and RG 2228.
