Replacement necks are only available for purchase from Authorized Ibanez Dealers and cannot be ordered directly from Ibanez. Necks can only be purchased for direct replacement purposes of existing Ibanez bolt on neck guitars. Replacement necks are installed by Ibanez at our facility. The original neck must be returned to Ibanez for inspection. Please direct all replacement neck purchase inquiries to your local Authorized Ibanez dealer.

Ibanez wants to make sure you get the full satisfaction with your Ibanez replacement parts purchase. For this reason, please follow all recommended procedures while installing your Ibanez replacement parts. Ibanez (Hoshino USA) Inc. regrets that we cannot and will not be responsible for the misuse or misapplication of Ibanez replacement parts or any resultant damages due to their misuse or misapplication. If you have a question about installation please contact a qualified guitar repair technician. If you have no prior experience in guitar or bass repair or parts installation, Ibanez strongly recommends you use the services of a local qualified guitar technician or experienced luthiers. Orders mishipped through the error of Ibanez (Hoshino USA Inc.) will be exchanged and replaced with the correct product, plus or minus any difference in price, with the shipping charges of both the returned part and replacement part paid by Ibanez. The cost of wrong parts shipped and returned due to customer misorder will be credited to the customer’s credit card minus the shipping. The customer is responsible for return freight for mis-ordered parts. If a different part is required the customer will pay the cost of the new part and the shipping. Returns of customer-misordered parts may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the sole discretion of Ibanez.

Ibanez Parts Limited Warranty

The Warranty provided herein is for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original parts purchase.
Warranty Coverage:

This Warranty is given by Hoshino (U.S.A.) Inc., 1726 Winchester Rd., Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020 ("Hoshino") only to the original purchaser of the parts. Hoshino will repair or replace any part or parts which may prove defective under normal use and service during the one(1) year Warranty Time Period stated above (which Hoshino’s examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to be thus defective. This Warranty does not apply unless you provide a copy of your Hoshino invoice.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This Warranty does not cover: (a) misapplication of non-factory-installed electrical/electronic components or tuning hardware; (b) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or abnormal strain; (c) accidental or intentional damage; (d) expendable maintenance items including, but not limited to, (e) scratched pickguards; (f) normal fret wear; (g) plating on metal parts; (h) tonal characteristics (tone is a subjective matter and is not warranted by Hoshino; (i) Electronic parts cannot be returned after installation is attempted (i.e. parts are soldered into the instrument) including, but not limited to; (j) bass eq pc boards; (k) guitar/bass pickups; (l) potentiometers; (m) pickup toggle switches.

To Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, the parts must be returned to Hoshino at its address. A return authorization number, to be obtained from Hoshino Customer Service Department, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return shipping carton or the return will be refused. When returning the parts for service under this Warranty, a copy of the Hoshino sales invoice receipt establishing proof and time of purchase must be sent along with the parts. All freight and insurance must be prepaid by the original owner.

Your Responsibility:
You must maintain these parts, without alteration, negligent use, misuse or abuse.
Hoshino must perform all service on Ibanez parts. Any service performed on Ibanez parts other than Hoshino, or not specifically authorized by Hoshino, will terminate this Warranty.

Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers:
Hoshino’s sole and exclusive responsibility shall be as provided under this Warranty and, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL HOSHINO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No person, whether or not an agent, is authorized to make or assume any obligations other than those stated in this warranty.
