Gently strumming a nylon-string guitar can evoke images of dusty Spanish cafes, pastoral landscapes and classical elegance. Ibanez offers traditional classical models, such as the GA5, as well as modern acoustic-electrics with cutaways for easier upper-fret access.

Our GA6 features a classical-sized cutaway body while the GA5TCE has a thinner body, narrow neck and a 14th fret body joint (instead of the traditional classical 12th fret). Nylon-string guitars are also easier on the fingers than their steel string counterparts, which makes them great student instruments. Unfortunately, many beginner classical guitars are flimsy and more toy than real instrument. To satisfy the needs of the student who is looking for the sound and playability of a real classical guitar, Ibanez offers the very affordable and comfortable GA3.
